We will then identify the issues with the current ways of working and agree with the team ways in which the processes could be streamlined using Salesforce. This is then turned into a set of business requirements that the project needs to deliver.

We then capture the business and information sharing rules, create a detailed data model and agree the reporting and dashboard requirements. The aim is an agreed requirements specification that will determine exactly how we will configure the solution.
