Reports to: Principal consultant

Objective: To deliver, and support delivery of FinancialForce ERP solutions and integration projects to clients across multiple business sectors.


  • General Salesforce platform configuration and administration
  • Deliver implementation projects, around both FinancialForce and, including process analysis, requirements capture, solution design and validation, configuration, project management, data migration, training course development and delivery
  • Provide post implementation support and maintain customer contact

Skills, Knowledge and experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years Salesforce platform Admin/Consulting experience
  • Advanced Salesforce platform declarative skills – Process Builder/Flow
  • Interest in accounting, supply chain management or ERP solutions


  • Experience working with FinancialForce Accounting products, other Salesforce platform accounting products or any other accounting software
  • Accounting/Supply Chain Management/ERP practical experience
  • Experience using Conga
  • Apex/Visualforce skills
  • Solution-selling experience

  • Holding a current Salesforce Certification (ADM 201 or above)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Degree level or equivalent education
  • Preferable – Accounting qualifications and/or experience
