Salesforce Administrator - Customer Support

(Part-time/Full Time)

Objective:

To provide Salesforce administrative support to new and current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned cases, post implementation support and maintain contact
  • Salesforce Administration work will encompass but is not limited to:
    • Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
    • Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
    • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
    • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues
    • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
  • Support Consultants with workshops and implementation
  • Support with administrating Xenogenix instance of Salesforce
  • Additional Duties as required

  • Prioritise and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands
  • Carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
  • Report and provide feedback to all levels including clients
  • Understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications including advanced skills in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word
  • Problem-solve job-related issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of information

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Qualified (ADM 201)
  • Degree level or equivalent education
