Reports to: Director

Objective: To sell, scope and deliver Salesforce.com implementation and integration projects to clients across multiple business sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver implementation projects including process analysis, requirements capture, solution design and validation, configuration, project management, data migration, training course development and delivery
  • Provide post implementation support and maintain customer contact
  • Run presales scoping workshops
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure
  • Contract Negotiation; in conjunction with other departments

Skills, Knowledge and experience:

  • Sales experience within Business Consulting or;
  • Business Analysis experience or;
  • Management Accounting experience or;
  • Technical sales experience
  • Ability to present and negotiate successfully at Director level
  • Experience of selling services
  • Computer and Internet Literate
  • A strong Technical or Functional background
  • Been involved in full lifecycle project implementations
  • Have been part of Salesforce.com deployments
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com integration and data management
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully deliver complex implementations and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Hold a current Salesforce Certification (ADM 201 or above)
  • Degree level or equivalent education
