Mike McIntyre BSc, MBE

Mike co-founded Xenogenix. He is a unique blend of engineer, marketeer and Olympic Gold medal winning athlete, and knows what it is to juggle priorities on a day to day basis and achieve excellence at the same time. Mike has led and facilitated major change and performance improvement projects for the RAC, Virgin, and Vodafone.

Mark Riley BSc, PhD

Mark founded Xenogenix after leading marketing, sales and customer service teams at Cellnet, NTL and Dolphin. He has worked on more than 20 performance improvement assignments including clients such as Vodafone, Virgin, Abbey and the Financial Services Commission.

Dwayne Schnepel

Dwayne Schnepel is a highly experienced sales and leadership professional with a proven track record of success. With a background at Thomson Reuters and Informa Telecoms and Media, Dwayne brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to his role at Xenogenix.

As Joint CEO of the Xenogenix team, Dwayne leads a team of dedicated consultants specialising in Salesforce and Certinia Professional Services Cloud and ERP Cloud. His expertise in these areas, coupled with his deep understanding of customer needs, enables him lead our team of consultants to consistently deliver exceptional solutions and drive business growth.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dwayne is passionate about sports, particularly rugby and Formula 1. He also enjoys spending time with his family in South Africa whenever possible.

David Ryles

David Ryles is a seasoned Salesforce professional with over 7 years of experience as a user and administrator. His background in business accounting and software sales, including a significant tenure at HP, provides him with a comprehensive understanding of business needs and technology solutions. It’s this unique skill set that means that David heads up our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.

David’s passion for streamlining processes and delivering maximum value to clients is evident in his work at Xenogenix. He has played a pivotal role in the growth of the Certinia practice, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of finance in the cloud to drive innovation and success.

Outside of work David enjoys spending his free time pursuing his interests in golf and football.

Michael Dalton

Steve Antill

Steve joined Xenogenix in March 2024. He has over eight years of experience with Salesforce and Certinia and an extensive consultancy background in ERP solutions across multiple industries, particularly in Finance, Services and Manufacturing.

Outside of work Steve, his wife and teenage daughter are keen volunteers and members of Rotary, and enjoy family days out and travelling.

Paul McVitty BA (Hons), MA

Paul is now on his second stint with Xenogenix as one of our Senior Consultants (he missed us so much he had to come back!).

With over 10 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and 10 certifications, Paul really enjoys helping our customers solve problems and get the most value out of the platform.

When he is not hard at work, Paul enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Ben Morton

Ben became a valued member of our team in December 2020, bringing his wealth of expertise to enhance Xenogenix’s finance division. With a background in consulting and implementation, Ben has amassed six years of invaluable experience collaborating with SMB and mid-market clients. His role as Product Lead has seen him navigate the intricacies of Certinia and Salesforce, proficiently managing various products within the platform, including the more specialized Conga.

Prior to joining us, Ben made significant contributions at Sage and garnered extensive experience within FTSE 100 companies.

Outside of the office, Ben finds solace in the beauty of nature, often embarking on exciting adventures with his children. Whether lounging in his hammock or conquering new trails on his gravel bike, he embraces the tranquility and thrill of the great outdoors.

Rostin Walker BSc BA(Hons) MA

Rostin is an experienced ecommerce developer specialising in Shopify and WordPress platforms. After working in the city in the medical industry for 7 years he started pursuing a career in ecommerce and CRM solutions. This quickly lead to his first Salesforce certification and hasn’t looked back since. When not learning new skills, he participates in road cycling as a Cat 3 racer and travelling with his wife and dog.

Alex Haines

Alex is an experienced Salesforce professional with a background in sales and client services across the financial and business information industries. Alex started out using Salesforce as an end user then after developing his skills on the system moved across to a support role. Since then he has built up over 5 years in depth experience on the platform working with a variety of businesses both as a Salesforce administrator and in delivering new implementations. When not in work Alex enjoys being outdoors and is a keen rock climber who has been on trips across the UK and Europe.

Paris Ioannou

Paris is part of our specialist development team and is Xenogenix main Salesforce developer. In a nutshell Paris works mainly on building programmatic solutions for our customers to fit their needs on the platform. His role is an exciting one as he gets to work on on both the front and back end of Salesforce. The solutions he designs are a full and final products built entirely by our team.

For fun he really enjoy working out, swimming, and walks in the city or nature. A fun fact fact about Paris is that he is a big Pokémon fan and plays it regularly on Switch!

Patrik Antunes

Meet Patrik, our esteemed Head of Managed Servicesr at Xenogenix. Patrik joined our team in February 2019, transitioning directly from Sage, where he refined his skills and expertise. With a commendable track record in benchmark development, consulting, support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Salesforce platform accounting solutions, Patrik brings over 7 years of invaluable experience to our company.

His journey encompasses consulting, technical development, and support within Salesforce platform accounting solutions, alongside practical accounting proficiency gained from diverse business environments. Patrik’s hands-on involvement in accounting roles tailored for both Mid-market and Enterprise sectors adds depth to his expertise.

As our Haed of Managed Services, Patrik is dedicated to driving excellence and innovation within our service offerings. With his wealth of experience and commitment to client success, Patrik plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Xenogenix.

Ross Clark

Ross recently achieved his Salesforce Admin certification alongside getting up to speed with FinancialForce and settling into his role as a Financials Consultant. As part of our Financials team, he’ll be helping support our FinancialForce customers with their system queries and integrations.

When not at work Ross enjoys hiking up mountains, taking walks with his wife and 1 year old son. He also gets out cycling whenever possible. Anything to do with nature and getting that lovely fresh air.

Ross has used SF for 6 years and has been involved with Lightning UAT . He also has 6 years experience of working with a range of accounting software covering Budgeting/Forecasting, Marketplace and Making Tax Digital.

Andy Mamina

Andy has a background of more than 15 years in accounting and treasury roles. In 2023 has decided to embark on a new adventure as a Certinia/Salesforce Consultant. He thrives on the challenge of solving complex business problems and is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and is a sports enthusiast who enjoys trail running, cycling, swimming, and tennis.

Dan Hamandi

Dan is a certified Salesforce consultant with five years’ experience working in a variety of CRM roles. Dan is looking to extend his knowledge and pick up many more Certifications in the coming months.

Outside of work, Dan has a keen interest in sports and is currently training for the Vancouver Marathon. Dan also loves reading and going to gigs in his spare time.

Matt Hemmingway

Matt has joined our Salesforce team as a PSA Consultant. Matt is currently a certified Salesforce Administrator and is working towards his App Builder qualification.

Outside of work Matt cycles and reads a lot, he also has a 2yr old daughter so finds most of his free time spent making memories with her.

Penny Thomas

Penny honed her Salesforce and PSA experience in the IT security industry. She brings her in-depth knowledge of Professional Services organisations and Operations background to her work with PSA clients, delivering new implementations and helping services teams streamline their delivery. Outside of work, Penny is a 3rd Dan in Aikido and enjoys spending time with her young family.

Thomas Hoey

Thomas recently joined Xenogenix as a Trainee Salesforce Consultant. He is a certified Salesforce administrator and App Builder with a background in coding and testing technologies before moving into the Salesforce space. Thomas is growing fast and is keen to add more certifications and business knowledge to help the company provide and deliver the best possible business solutions. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys football and tennis, as well as learning and researching all areas of Ancient History, a subject in which he attained a master’s degree.

Vickie Balsini

Vickie has recently joined Xenogenix Finance Consultancy team as the new Project Manager. Drawing on her 15+ years industry experience, in both finance departments and software implementation. Becoming a specialist in implementation design, migration, and integration, using her PRINCE2 foundation and Management Accountant qualifications as a basis for redesign of implementation methodologies. Where the priority has been to make the complex simple. Outside of work Vickie can often be found enjoying time her young sons.

Sarah Hill BA (Hons)

Sarah is an experienced Marketing Professional. Sarah holds a BA (Hons) degree and a CIM postgraduate diploma in Marketing, which is backed up with over 15 years’ experience in various marketing roles. With experience across Business to Business marketing including time as Marketing Manager for Motorola, Invensys Climate Controls and in Citrix Distribution. Sarah enjoys keeping fit, live music and theatre.

Samantha Mathie

Samantha has a strong marketing background having been self-employed for over 8 years as a marketing consultant. With a love for all things digital she aims to build on the solid foundations that Xenogenix already has in place. Samantha has a background in technology having started her career in the IT/Telecommunications/Video Conferencing sectors.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her five year old daughter, learning Spanish (slowly) and has over 15 years experience practicing martial arts with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Dermot Walsh

Dermot is an Account Executive with over 10 years experience working with clients through engagement, growth and innovation. As an ex Salesforce Account Executive he understands the importance of a trusted partner for clients to help develop a strategic roadmap for their Salesforce implementation.

As a lover of the outdoors, you’ll find him on hikes or walks along the beach most weekends with his family. He also help out with their local football team on Saturday mornings.
