Join our experienced consulting team as a Trainee Salesforce Consultant

Trainee Consultant


Learn and Master selling, scoping and delivering implementation and integration projects to clients across multiple business sectors.


  • Run pre sales scoping workshops
  • Sales Negotiation & Closure
  • Contract Negotiation; in conjunction with other departments
  • Deliver implementation projects including process analysis, requirements capture, solution design and validation, configuration, project management, data migration, training course development and delivery
  • Provide post implementation support and maintain customer contact

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Administrator or User
  • Sales experience within Business Consulting or;
  • Business Analysis experience or;
  • Management Accounting experience or;
  • Technical sales experience
  • Ability to present and negotiate successfully at Director level
  • Experience of selling services
  • Computer and Internet Literate (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, email, Internet)


  • Methodical and lateral thinking problem solver
  • Able to work independently and be managed remotely while working towards common goals
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Prioritises consideration for customer requirements and needs while remaining commercially focused
  • Confident verbal and written communicator


  • Full UK Driving License
  • Salesforce Administrator Qualified (ADM 201)
  • Degree level or equivalent education
