Certinia have 3 major releases per year, in Winter, Spring and Summer.
We suggest updating once a year to stay current and reduce the technical burden. While all new PSA customers will be subscribed to Certinia’s Scheduled Update Program to automatically update to the latest release, some of our existing customers prefer to upgrade manually on their own preferred timeline.
