About Vickie

Vickie Balsini is a Project Manager at Xenogenix, responsible for guiding Salesforce and Certinia projects from initial planning through to successful delivery. She brings structure, transparency and strong stakeholder management to every engagement, helping customers remain informed, involved and confident throughout their project.

As a Chartered Management Accountant holding the ACMA and CGMA designations, Vickie brings valuable financial and commercial insight to technology delivery. She understands the wider business outcomes, financial controls and operational changes that sit behind a successful implementation—not just the project timeline.

Vickie is a Scrum Master Certified professional and holds both PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner qualifications. This gives her a strong grounding in structured governance alongside the flexibility needed to manage changing priorities, emerging risks and complex stakeholder requirements.

As an author for Xenogenix, Vickie shares practical guidance on project delivery, implementation readiness, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management and achieving successful outcomes from Salesforce and Certinia programmes.

Her Agile qualifications allow her to balance robust project controls with a flexible and collaborative delivery approach. Vickie’s financial background also gives her an additional perspective on budgets, commercial priorities, business controls and measurable outcomes.
